The certification position on this site
Certificates available upon request.
A buyer who needs certification evidence for a compliance file should send a named request through the inquiry page, where the document can be matched to the product and the order it belongs to.
How to ask for a certificate
Name the document you need, the product or family it belongs to, and the order or inquiry it relates to. A request should say cooling blanket and name the certificate, because different products carry different documents and a general request has to be narrowed before it can be answered.
If the certificate you need belongs to a material rather than a finished product, say so, and name the material and the product it goes into. Name which document is meant in the message: the material document or the finished-product document.
What a certificate request does not change
Asking for a certificate does not change the product description on any page of this site. A detail page describes the anchor title it carries, and a certificate document, when supplied, sits alongside that description rather than rewriting it. That separation matters because a certificate belongs to a specific product and a specific scope, and attaching it to the wrong page would overstate what it covers.
The same separation applies to the comparison and guide pages. Those pages compare descriptions and lay out decision checklists, and they do not carry certification claims of their own. A buyer who reads a comparison page and then asks for a certificate should still name the product, because the comparison page itself is not the document.
Other documents and product details
Requests for product details that are not on a detail page work the same way as certificate requests: name the detail page and the missing item. A missing size, a missing colour range, or a missing piece list item can then be answered for that page, rather than answered in general terms that might belong to a different product in the same family.
The contact page carries the public contact details for document requests, and the inquiry page carries the form for the same purpose. Both routes end with the same instruction that appears across this site: confirm the specification before ordering, so that the document, the product and the order all refer to the same thing.
Before you send an inquiry
Before ordering, confirm minimum order quantity, lead time, and pricing for your specification.
Go to the inquiry page and describe the product family, the item you have in mind, and the customization you need.
